मेरा एक पडोसी जो पुलिस मे कार्यरत है उसने एक हवलदार कि पत्नी को भगाकर ले गया हालकी दोनो ने सादी कर्ली ऐसा कोइ खबर नही बल्की जिसकी पत्नी को भगाकर ले गया उसी हवलदार के जरीय येह जान्ने मे आया | मेरा पडोसी का एक बीबी और दो mature लड़के है | दोनो बेटो कि सादी नही हुइ है और बेकारी है | उसकी बीबी भी house wife है |
ऐसे मे मेरे पडोसी के बीबी बच्चो को क्या कानुनि
कारवाही करनी चाहिए कृपया मदद किजिए |
येह लोग चाहते है कि उनको उनके पति कि salary मिले जिने के लिए | The accused is Hindu by faith. Kindly suggest what should be the next course of action from his wife and children side where they should approach.
Kindly give suggestion to help them.

fist wife can :-

seek maintenance

can give FIR of bigamy

can infrom deptt abou tbigamy.

husband of second wife can give FIR of adultery.
