Dear sir,
I have submitted my pf withdrawal form on 24.2.2015 to allied digital office pune .
My pf no mh/ban/43628/006044
I have not received the claimed money and also there is no response from the allied digital services limited office pune.
My resign date is 31May 2012.
please give me suggestion

Better visit office if ur in pune or write letter reminding them of ur matter pending and early action.

1. Do you have proof of dispatch , delivery or acknowledgment in writing from employer?
If NO drive the calls/meetings in such a manner that you get to record (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted) admission of having received the withdrawal forms from you.
Once you have evidence of acknowledgment you can lodge complaint thru RPFC in nearest PF office in writing under proper acknowledgment.
2. The employer or designated person (usually HR personnel) is duty bound to attest the forms and submit to concerned PF office within 5 days and supply the acknowledgment issued by PF office ( for employee) to employee by effective mode of communication i.e. Redg. Post.
3. Declinature to attest the PF forms is punishable offense.

The claim status exhibits'NO RECORD FOUND'.You can check up the despatch of the papers from your employer.

Yesterday i was go to my allied digital office . and ask for pf status but he said your from submit to head office Mumbai branch . please wait 1 month for process .
now what can i do?

Do you have proof of dispatch , delivery or acknowledgment in writing from Pune office?
If NO drive the calls/meetings in such a manner that you get to record (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted...............or email............or on your copy of letter) admission of having received the withdrawal forms from you......................Or let Pune office state in writing to you that it has dispatched it on dated..................to Mumbai office by AWB/Redg. Post no...............and it has been received.
Usually the branch office gets acknowledgment from concerned personnel in HO and can provide a copy also to you.
You will have a better standing once you have acknowledgments.
You could have searched the website thru Google or taken the details from nearest PF office.............

You have posted that, you have submitted the PF withdrawal forms in Pune Office and Pune office has sent to Mumbai office and you have acknowledgment by email from Mumbai office.
The PF forms are to be attested by designated officer (usually in HR) and submitted to concerned office of EPFO (within 5days) where PF a/c is maintained. The PF office shall issue acknowledgment to company (for you) and company has to supply the acknowledgment to you by effective mode of communication say email/Regd. Post.
On the same email trail vide which acknowledgment of PF forms is sent to you by Mumbai office, you may demand the acknowledgment issued by PF office to be supplied to you by email (soft copy) and Regd. Post (hard copy)...................and narrate all representations made by you so far (by phone/email etc and mention names/dates).
If no reply is received within say 3 days escalate to good offices, MD,Chairman and make them a party. If good offices also do not supply then you can lodge complaint thru RPFC in nearest PF office, under proper acknowledgment and request them to ask the PF Inspector to visit the company and file report of penalty levied.Usually the RPFC shall write to RPFC Mumbai with a copy to you.
Thereafter you can escalate to RPFC in Mumbai, Adddl. CPFC in Maharashtra, CPFC, file RTI application and pull the company and EPFO to DCDRF.
Consult a local lawyer in you are unable to resolve on your own.
