employer provide reliving letter designation mismatch

Dear sir
I got reliving letter in which there is designation Mismatch.on offer letter its showing Store leader. But in reliving letter Associate. Due to this my current company hold my confirmation. Now my old company is denying for rectification. What should I do know

1) Serve legal notice forcing co to change designation
2) write to MRTP
3) initiate complaint for criminal breach of trust.
4) suit under Specific Performance
5) Offer n acceptance is contract. If voilated, call for civil action
Hope at least one remedy will come to your resque if not all. This author has given wide choices since your new job offer n career is at stake.
