if one is joint owner in the immovable property, can he/bequeth the property in will to anyone else other than the joint owner?

if he/she obtains NOC from joint owner?

Yes,any joint/co-owner can bequeath his share of property to any one other than the joint/co-owner.

but what if one wants to give away whole property which includes co-owner share, than NOC, or affidavit may be obtained from that co-owner, am I right?
