Cheque bounce

Hello all members.

Cheque dishonored on 30-4-15 (bank memo 30-4-15), i sent notice on 11-5-15. Please advise whether dishonoured cheque can be presented 2nd time if yes, when?

if there is any reply of this notice and the accused requested to represent the cheque again then only the cheque may present again otherwise not.

A dishonoured cheque can be presented any number of times as long as it's validity was there (3 months from date on cheque). Whether you should, that's a different thing.

You can present any number of times within the validity of 3 months from the date on the cheque. But what is the use?

Yes you can present the cheque to the bankers after issuing legal demand notice too till the three months validity period expires.
