False crpc 125 against sec-24

Dear Sir,
i have filed sec-24 maintains for me from my wife.. my wife is government teacher and she is earning 25000 each month.... and due to false cases i loose my job...in 498a i got a stay from high court
now i want to file APL(Alimony Pendente Lite) in section 24 so please any one share anyAPL(Alimony Pendente Lite) application for husband ....
