Cross-examination

Guest (Querist) 09 May 2014 This query is : Resolved
Learned Members:

My matter is coming up for evidence next week. I'm on behalf of the accused. The charges are: Ss. 449, 506 and 323 of the IPC.

Fact is that some altercation and manhandling took place between the accused and the victim who siphoned off Chit Fund Deposit Money. The company fled and when the "deposited" money was asked to be returned by my client-the accused, the situation took an ugly turn. Please give me a few tips on how to conduct the cross-examination, with questions......

I agree with experts.
Cross-examination of the witness is very tricky issue, which differ even within the same statement made in the chief exmaniation of the witness.
None other than your lawyer can comment.
Your lawyer will be the best person to advise being well acquinted with the facts of the case.
