i have filed a compliant U/s12 of Consumer Act, Actually beofore filing complanit oppoiste party sent me chque of rupees 10,000/- and bfore filing complant i have encashed the same and sent a notice to oppoiste party that i am encashing your cheque under portest and will be file complaint for remaining amount. Now , forum ask me that why you have encashed the cheque , it means you admit the claim of oppoiste party. What can i do now , is there any law , which can save my complant because i have encahsed teh cheque under prtoest , i need a law.
