Nomination for flats

Dear Sir

I need the following clarification.

If the flat is in the name of two persons, whether they can nomination to two or three persons marking the share of property in the nomination form.

As I know that multiple nominations are not allowed in banking industry. Is the law of nomination law is different for different sections.

Nomination of more than two persons with their diff share is allowed.
However, only one person will get mtn bill etc.
