Sir,
My wife has booked me and my family in several dowry as well marpeet cases. On 2nd Jan, 2013, my wife called her two brothers and beat me by locking inside the room. my mother was sleeping in her bedroom and my father was not at home. Her brothers after beating me and locking inside the room, entered in my mother's room and misbehaved her, pressed her hairs and neck and tried to beat her. Shoes were thrown on her. That time no body was there in our house except me, mother, my wife and her brothers.
my mother has filed case U/s 200 aganist her brothers and my wife. There was no witness as i was inside my bedroom. Court has called my mother for givng "Gawahi" on next date.
What is your opinion that summons will be issued aganist her brothers when no witness was there. I did my medical but mother did not do the medical because of the family pride. Please help

No need to worry, Your mother and you both are competent witness and on behalf of your evidence the court may issue summons/warrant as case may be, against her brothers or other accused.
Medical is not a big deal.
