my name is kajal , in 2002 i buy flat from mahada mumbai ,some amount i paid cash from my sallery and other i take loan on my name , father is nominee in loan only but property paper in my name only , in that time my parents are staying in other room , so after buying flat my parents and me sift to that flat , in 2003 i Get Married , and i left my own house and start staying in husband house till another 2 year i paid emi and maintanence of property , after 3 year i said to my parents that i want flat back because i want to give this flat on rent basis because im not working that time so my parents told me we pay emi and maintanence give us some time let ur brother marrige done that we give u house back , i said ok and my father give his cheque to bank , but after my bros marrige my parents start giving me excues and all the time i said ok , but now high time since 10yrs they are staying in my property and now they are not talking with me also because they dont want to give my flat back .my parents said we are paying emi and maintanence so flat is our now now , please help and give me guidence what i do next ..... all mahada document in my single name only father is only loan nominee . please please help

you are married now staying with your husband . if your parents dont have nay alternative accomodation and staying in your flat and apying EMI s let them do so . please note flaty cannot be sold by your parents without your consent . unless you sign papers no one can sell your flat .
if you want to proceed legally issue legal notice to parents . file suit for eviction of your parents

my parents have own property in mumbai , and i have one brother he is working and earning very well , and i invest my all money for that flat because one day i can use for my self or for my child , so after 10 yrs asking for my flat is it wrong ? and for my own flat i have to go to court ? and they pay emi amount only 3350 rs in a month , and im ready to pay that amount also , if i give my that flat on rent so i can earn 10000rs in a month .
so im wrong now after all this 10years ?

and my father is nominee in loan can i changed loan nominee now ? and if i file suit for eviction of my parents so how many year it will take for result ? please answer thanks

It would take lot of years. Better settle the dispute amicably.

Only two options:
1.An amicable way,or
2.A law suit with damages.Suit would consume Hand some time.
ONE THING MORE:
If your parents are unable to maintain themselves,they may claim maintenance from you too,besides from your brother.

i can keep my parents with me in my flats and i m ready to pay there expanse but i cant , keep my brothers family i cant give there maintenance . and i told my parents also about this but they not agree , what do i do now

You are legally not bound to maintain the family of your brother but you shall have to maintain your parents at the place they do deem fit to reside.
