Dear Sir

My father was a govt employee in karnataka. My grandfather was an agriculturist. After my grandfathers death, the agricultural land was divided among his sons. Hence my father though he was a govt employee,inherited agricultural land. Now my father has expired(in service) and the land is now transferred to my moms name.My mother has received provident fund money and insurance money. With this money she wants to purchase some agricultural land. Is it legally valid.
