A couple is trying to adopt a child (15 days old) of a single parent (woman) as this child is not out of a wedlock. The couple is ready and willing to adopt the child with fulfilling all the legalities of the land. Kindly impart your valuable knowledge over the issue in detail.

anyway 15(+) child cannot be adopted.

It is a long process to be followed, you may contact some adopting agency who will be able to guide you properly on this aspect if your question is really genuine.
