a FIR has been filed against my friend by someone and he has been booked under ipc section 341,294,506,427.
my question is if he is proved innocent in d court room hw will it affect his career he is pursuing btech 3nd year and is of 19 years.

he is out on bail..
can the fir be taken back if the other party wants..
