Sir plzz give some suggestion
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 20 June 2016
Getting sure shot information about registration of FIR is only sloution for which only the concerned police station or court can only help to give necessary information.
Consult a local alwyer on this account.

As the incident is more than 10 years old and you were a juvenile forget about the matter; it will not affect your job prospect.

Consult local lawyer.

During years u have not been called by police not received summon to attend Court therefore it seems no FIR is lodged but nc is made in register therefore u may go for character certificate

There are negligible chances of lodging of FIR.

Use RTI to get the information if you wish.
Akhil (Querist) 20 June 2016
Thank you sirs for your suggestions
I appreciate what u have said
But i want to know
If fir is lodged then a case must reach court or not every time a case happens
I was just questioned by the sho and he let me go
And nothing happens after that so is it possible that nc is also not being lodged .

It is imprudent to wake up a dead issue.
