Dog pupy harrasment

there is a dog puppy of tibetan breed....kept for a long time in cage in a pet shop...the shop owner hardly open the cage of this puppy..due to this he is suffering from various diseases....this dog always behind the bars of the cage....can i do something to free this dog legally....coz this dog needs help otherwise he will die due to his bad condition.....

Make complaint to the animal husbandry department of your area and also to NGOs working in this field.

thank u all.....today i ve register a complaint in maneka gandhi's people for animal organistaion....they have promised to rescue that dog from the pet owner shop as well as all the birds in his custody....

Just free the dog one day openly or in night or any way when you get a chance. Do not worry any thing about law or litigation. we both will face it.
