D/Fellows,
Is 498A conviction a solid ground to seek divorce by the husband who has been also living separate from her for 14 years?

if your wife had filed false case against you and you had been acquitted it would be aground for divorce .

if you have been convicted under 498a your wife can seek divorce from you on grounds of cruelty
