Divorce petition by huband

Dear All,
Namaste,

We would like to know about the respondent wife can file 498 A against her petitioner husband at police station during the divorce case at family court because the petitioner husband harassing and threatening her thru phone calls, please help us in this regard

Yes she can file 498/A and also DV case and maintenance case against husband. Further she can file criminal cases against husband relatives,henchmen etc for every offence against her.
