Dear sir,
I have applied for Divorce on cruelty ground against my wife in himachal pradesh where i am currently staying. after getting dv notice she went to her home in jharkhand along with her father.there is no communication between either of us since then. presence in court date is 2 month later. now what all are the suspected action i can expect from her and her parents from there against me or my family?

Engage an advocate and fight the case on merit.

Yes, even I am of the same opinion that the once the dam is opened the cases namely 498A, 3 & 4 of DP act, DV act, 406, 125 cr. PC will flow more easily than water, to wash you away by flood of cases, better take proper precautions

She got the divorce notice on 15 Jan 2014 after that i started staying saperatly from her then she went to local police station on 19 jan 2014 and filed a case of Domestic violance which is still pending and on next day on 20 jan she went alongwith her father.
since Domestic violance case is still pending here, even then she can go for 498A, 3 & 4 of DP act, DV act, 406, 125 cr. PC etc at her hometown?

DV case is no bar to file another case u/s 498A. Prepare for the worst.

your wife can file case under 498A , 125 Cr pC against you .
