Dispute between brothers

hi
my brother and myself own a share of our house. he has rented his part of the house to girls of illrepute

he has threatened me that he will get a case filed against me through these females for molestation or something else. as these females already have no sense of reputation,how do i prepare / take precautions against such acts so i am not safe in case something like such is tried
please advise

Record the threats (audio/visual/witnessed).

Involve the area Councillor, elders, committee members etc and build irrefutable grounds before lodging a complaint.

If elders and neutral persons can dissuade him from such things nothing like it.
