I want to file defamation against the newspaper.

Which is the last year.

Not until now did not claim he was a newspaper reporter

Apology will present in news paper. but not yet.

contact a local lawyer for filing defamation case. it appears last year newspaper had published a defamtaory article and has till date not submitted any apology . issue legal notice to the newspaper
