Declaration of cancellation of deed

i m three legal heirs of my late father my bro has sold out some properties to third party. i m not party to the sale deed executed only by my bro. now i m asking for partition is it mandatory to ask for cancellation of those sale deeds n a suit for partition .....

did your father die intestate or did he leave a will ?

if property was standing in name of your late father then no purchaser will touch the property without consent of all legal heirs? what basis has he sold the property ?

you will have to file suit for setting aside sale of properties by your brother . contact a local lawyer .
