Dear Deepak, shailesh and nair,
If a company cumulative loss Carryforward is more then Capital invested, whether the company has to inform to MCA, IT regarding the same
whether company need to liquidate the asset ?
What is the consequense the company as to face against MCA, IT

In the given circumstances, company is required to apply for its liquidation. I do agree that this is not an academic query but you are required to put actual facts of the company concerned so that accurate replies may come out.

The company may be treated as a sick company as provided in sick industrial companies act. If desire by shareholders or the creditors the Hon'ble High Court may declare to wound up the company.

If the accumulated loss is more than the share capital, the company can not survive. It is "clinically" dead.
