i want to buy a simple book cross examination of attesting witness in probate matter.Questions and answers asked to a attesting witness in probate case.kindly suggest a simple book or any other thing from which i can know questions at cross of attesting witness,

Cross examination is a skill which is acquired over the years by dint of learning and experience.
No book can make you learn that and I would not advise you either to refer such ready reckoner.

Take guidance from some senior about the possible questions to be asked.

Go to Delhi District Court website. Find out the Probate judges' names in all district courts. Then, read their daily orders for the last one month. You can find out atleast 20 to 25 cross examinations. Once you read them, you can understand what type of questions have to be asked to the witness.

My suggestion is buy few books from any leading law book sellers.

Also, observe the crossing done by other advocate in the similar case.

A close observation during the proceedings in different courts will help you gain experience and exposure to conduct cross examination. This is a gradual process and not an instant coffee.
