creating problems by government officer

Sir
My name is monish. I am a small contractor in dantewada (chattisgarh).I have completeed my project since last December but thr officer and the sub engineer both are not behaving properly they both like playing with me. Tomorrow tomorrow that tommorow never comes.
PleaSe help sir.

You may file criminal complaint against him u/s 166, 167 IPC, after obtaining sanction of section 197 Cr.P.C. from his department. As soon as you apply for sanction, his departmental inquiry will be started and he will left harassing you.
