Please give your suggestions about the existence, authenticity and present situation about these Amendments namely (Cr.PC Amendment Act 2008, 2009, 2010)
Please also provide information about the formal regulations for them & from which date those became regular.

Dear Pramod ji,

Generaly when any Act amended and published in the gazzete becomes effective. As Mr. Nadeem suggested you may get aquanted through book store or the website of Ministry of Law and Justice and also from Govt of India about all amendments and new acts,rules and bills.
