Execution of subsequent will automatically cancels prior will.

I stick to my above view.

The latest “Will” (made in the year 2016) is the valid Will as making a new “Will” implies that the earlier one (made in the year 2005) is revoked.

Ms.Usha Kapoor and others once they know some answer to the query give the same, whether the Querist has revealed his identity or remains Anonymous.

But, the moment they do not know any answer, then immediately they say Anonymous Query - No Answer. Post your identity - you will get many answers!!!

The request usually made by some experts here for revealing identity of the querist is quite interesting and lacks common sense so long as when someone can come here in any name on a web forum.

“Anonymous” itself is a name as Amar, Akbar or Antony on a web platform. Whatever be the name one gives, the other one on the other part of the web has no mechanism to find out whether it is his proper name or not.

These are some rituals. Rituals make our life interesting and entertaining.

In the Second Will if it is clearly mentioned that it would cancel the earlier will which is Registered it would be more strong Legally.

Many Querists especially the Women Querist would hesitate to disclose their names and it is their own wish and no one could object it.

If some one do not wish to reply an Query posted as Anonymous they could very well ignore the Query than Posting No Reply to Anonymous etc.
Guest (Expert) 26 June 2018
For the Query posted with some name whether these people would be able to confirm it is genuine.
Guest (Expert) 26 June 2018
