Conversion of private limited company into llp

Dear Sir Is that possible to change the profit sharing ratio while conversion of partnership firm into Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). While preparing LLP agreement, is it directly allowed to change the profit sharing while it was of members earlier in private limited company and then in formation of LLP
