order 7 rule 11a deals with rejection of plaint on grounds that it does not disclosed a cause of action .

in other words if on going trhough the plaint filed by you the court is of the view that no case is made out plaint will be rejected

This provision has been made for summary rejection of Plaints on the grounds stated therein. To obtain benefit thereof, the defendant has to make such application at the very beginning i.e.,before filing WS.
