just contract // no employment to avoid future complication Renew it every year ,so you can change , if services unsatisfactory, or can demand compensation, if not done as per contract. Even MNC contract cleaning etc on contract , it is quick, fast. they are on their toes to serve better..

Just keep them on contract basis through one main contractor. Renew contact with him annually. Let the contractor look after their interests.

There are no separate labour laws for RWA.
Even if you employ labour through contractor you are just not fully absolved of the all the responsibility. Default of contractor is your default.
you have to ensure that every labour law is obeyed by the contractor.
