Dear Ankit
when both of you have been filed all the pleadings with all the documents, you should asked to court, which type of the documents the court wants.
feel free to call
Shonee Kapoor (Expert) 19 April 2012
The case is put for evidence.

You need to submit your pleadings in the forum of a sworn affidavit attaching all originals as exhibits.

THanks mr nadeem qureshi sir and shonee kapoor sir for the reply.
so shall i deposit the originals or attested photocopies of original (i had already submitted with the original complaint to court while filing the case).

Also sir is it possible that i make affadavit from mumbai as i am in IIT Bombay and send it to delhi, will it be valid or i have to get it done from delhi itself.

File evidence by way of affidavits with
originals documents in consumer court.
Deepak Nair (Expert) 19 April 2012
You should file original documents with teh affidavit.
If you have already filed the original documents, then you can mention the same to the court in the affidavit itself.
