Compromise in 420 case

An FIR is registered u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B. If compromised be made between parties will it make any affect on complainant. Can High Court quash the FIR on grounds compromised. Please advice.

yes if settlement has been arrived at between the parties you can move the High court for quashing of complaint
