r/sir,
our road widening work was stated in 2011, there is undue delay in completing work. we are using a kaccha road from about four years and facing lot of problems.
now i wants to make a complaint( to JK State accountability commissioner)but i don't know to whom i should made parties except Chief En. SAMPARK. Plz guide me which state authorities are responsible for road works so that i make them party

local ward officer of your area . muncipial corporation in charge of awarding tenders for road repairs

but sir tenders invited by GREF SAMPARK and i want to know about the deportment, ministry,adm. officers like Dy. commissioner/ Divisional comm. etc who are concerned with state funding.
