Co-op housing socities ,mumbai

(Querist) 18 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I am the owner of two flats in two diffrent socities. I am the chirman in one society and would like to become secretory of another society by public demand.
Please let me know whehter I can hold both the post in two diffreent socities.

If Bye-laws does not create any bar, then you can become since societies are different.

You can subject to no such bar exist in bye laws.
