Child custody

As my divorce case is going on from one year and my son is with my wife who is staying away from me from last 3 years and dint allow me to meet my son,now i had filed a petition for child custody,on what points should i ask my layer to argue with them to get my sons custody

Generally custody is given to mother, father gets only visitation rights.

if children below 7 yrs, normally no chance of custody
u may get son's custody, if prove his paramount interest.
u must prove, child will be more healthier, progressive, and better care can be taken in ur custody, wh r not avl c wife.
