Change of date in passport

Need urgent help in regards to change of birth date in Passport...

there is a mistake in the birth date in passport of daughter... it was done by parents and grand parents... the daughter is minor.. and passport office is asking to get orders from the court to change the birth date in passport..
what stand can i have?

matter is on argument today.

what is DOB mentioned in birth certificate .? you will have to move court if passport office rejects your application for change in DOB in passport

i have already moved to court... the change is in the year.. 2001 - 2002...
and it was the intentional mistake of the parents...

Wait for the court orders as the case has already been filed by you because passport office has asked to get court orders.

Please Provide sufficient details with Genuinity of actual Date Of Birth so that the Orders could come accordingly in Court.Best Wishes
