Respected Sir,

I filed complitant u/s 138 N I Act.
after Longer time court decided with min guilty and minimum complations.

So, I want challage this order on behalf complitant side Because in matter court given min sazza and complecation.

In which section can challange this order and in which Court.

You will have to file an appeal in the dist., court.
