sir/madam,how effective is the settelment in woman cell.they written all the points on plane paper and signed by both the parties.if any sircumstances any party denies this settelment.how benificial will be this settelment document in court.thanks hoping for the speedy reply

if you get all the fact with Rs.20 stamp paper and 2 witness signed and must notarized it will valid for secondary proof.

It is worth only, if both parties file for MCD immediately. Otherwise it is a mere piece of paper.

Yes. The settlement can be recorded on a stamp paper of Rs.100/- and can be affirmed before a notary.

If it is denied in the case, then it is to be proved by leading the wisttnesses.

if the settlement has been completed before women cell on a simple paper, you can file an RTI application and get all the documents, as a certified copy of the documents, in future all the documents, either on stamp paper or plane paper.

Settlement made out of court on any stamp paper in the presence of the witnesses submitted on case file has much worth. The court can take its view accordingly.
