my wife, who registered a case on me under 498a is planning to impose some more cases on me to pacify her hat redness, to cause more troubles for me. is it possible to file a different case on a person after registering 498a ? if yes, what are they? how can i protect my self as well as prevent her from doing so? is it ok if me or some one from side speak to her, help me from the this and her wicked way of registering the cases. is there no protection for the male in this country. every body showing sympathy but doing in favour of her only bcoz of gender.how far it is correct that a male is always wrong and a female is always correct.

Ans :Yes. Being accused under 498a is no special status and provides immunity from all other laws of the country.
if yes, what are they?
Ans :only accuser can tell what are her grievances
how can i protect my self as well as prevent her from doing so?
Ans : By defending based on the contents of charges
is it ok if me or some one from side, to speak to the devil, which has only mouth but no ears?

Yes, she can file many more cases. Do not loose sleep thinking about the future. prepare yourself to fight the case presently at hand.

She can file other cases. You have no alternate but to defend yourself. Agree with the experts.

Only way is defend yourself.
Laws fvr ladies, but does not punish husband or wife ~98% cases, so do not worry. Other cases are Divorce, Alimony, sec 24 in pending liti div case, & so on...
In Male & female, both are good, no fault on either side, except mis-understanding, and instigation of nearly relatives to create crack for their own advantages..+ circumstances, that create disputes.
Remove it, and you find, ALL IS WELL!!
NOBODY IS BAD.

she can file complaint under Dv / 125 Cr pc for maintenance,RCR case against you . fight cases on merits

extrordinary explanation by shroff sir,thank you.i dont know what to do now? she abuses me and my family members for no reason. i think she is suffering from psychological problem .when i asked her to take the sittings with a psychriatist( nearly a year ago), even for that also she abused me that i am fond of money and having affairs with almost every female. to pacify her i said ok if i am really what u are saying i will take the counselling atleast accompany me to psychriatist.which has no yield.even the police people also suggested the same but no use. she refused to that and insisted them to register the case as otherwise she would report to higher authorities. for no reason now, my entire family (including my wife) is on road now.so i decided to defend the case now . as there is no chance of stopping her now by defending ,all i can do is to attack her legally by bringing out the mistakes which she has done,only for the purpose of settlement of the case but not for any revenge.

Gather evidence about her erratic behaviour and present it to the court when the cases come for hearing. If you are not in a position to bring her before psychiatrist, her family members and friends can be roped-in. I am sure, if your explanations are correct, she can recover through treatment. Make a trial.
Yes, a stage has come in India, male also needs protection and courts started recognizing this fact recently. Abuse of protective provisions by women are coming up frequently. It all depends on the presentation of the case. Instead of taking offensive position, one should have the analyzing capacity and presenting power to bring out the abuse.
Change your strategy. You will have mental peace. Some times, you may have to bear the non-sense without any fault. You can not stop the things, but you can try to fight back in rightful way, not by abusing somebody or by blaming self.

You can get 100% protection by law itself to remove the maladies and to defeat unfortunate situation which you are facing by application of expertise legal services more particularly by creating successful defense line and simultaneously creating counter attacking method.
In this context I need mention here that if the column 4 of the first Schedule of Cr.PC is not fulfilled or not complied with, an offense u/s.498A IPC WOULD NOT BE COGNIZABLE. The necessary consequences of this is that such an offense will be non cognizable,in which a Police Officer has no authority to arrest without warrant.

sirs, my wife's own sister is also threatened her husband's family members saying that she will register the case if they don't pay the amount they demanded.he paid the ransome and settled the issue (but didn't get divorce from court,not sure of this).now they are living seperately.how far this issue is useful to me in trail. in what ways i can collect the proofs to bring it to the court?plz help me

Husband of your wife's sister can lodge a complain against her wife in the local P.S. FOR CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION TO EXTORT MONEY as falling u/s.503 IPC AND CAN FILE A CASE AGAINST HER BEFORE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE.

sirs, i heard that if once reinstated to the service, back wages will be paid excluding subsistence allowance for the suspension period, is it true? under what conditions it can happens! plz let me know ,thanks in advance
