Earlierly you don't know about this problem? You have to settle this issue amiabily only. While the problem arising by anybody who having one car, that time the society will be responsible to answer him.. Since there is a resolution that one car only allowed in premises you can't question about 2nd car's parking place.

1) society is required to lay down detailed guidelines as to allotment of car parking space in its annual general meeting
2) if there is paucity of car parking space only one car parking space shall be alloted to each member
3) society can allot car parking space depending upon number od slots avialable in the society . if the number of applicants are more than car parking slots society can allot parking space on year to year basis by drawing of lots

Mr. Ajay sethi's statement creates the confusion while Mr.Tom has swiftley suggested the amicable solution is much better.
However recently Gujarat Highcourt had commented on insufficient parking and the same the judge did had to comment why not to take criminal actions against such builders who not thin k of the parking matter at the time of using FSI.
