Can training certificates be issued?

Respected Experts,

I am working as a Software Engineer and I'm planning to give Technical training to Engineering Students during their Summer Break. Is it legal to issue them a Training Certificate? Is it mandatory to get the business registered and if yes please tell what all needs to be done to get this type of business registered?

Please suggest.

Is summer break training part of their study curiculam? If yes, no such ceertificate can be awarded. Please see All India Cousel for Technical Training Regulation on the subject.

One can not give any educational certificate till authorized by some recognized institution.

Yes awarding certificate at the end of any crash course or some short term technical course are invalid and illegal until the institution imparting such training has obtained recognition from the competent authotity for the purpose.
