Can a person co-parcenary person Release his/her Joint ownership through Power of Attorney to another co-parcenary in Tamil Nadu?

Only through Release deed, you can relinquish.
PoA is for appointing agent only and cannot be used for your purpose.
In TN, stamp and fee concession available.
