Can a company be made vicariously liable for act of cheating of its employee?

Can an insurance company be made criminally vicariously liable? Can an insurance company whose employee is accused of cheating be made a party to the suit? Can the company thus be accused of cheating the insured?

Company is vicariously liable if and only if the accused has signed on behalf of the company (by affixing FOR SEAL of the company) and not otherwise.
