Can a 1 week pregnant woman continue to be pregnant, although husband dont want baby now?
Any law?
I mean, I care about family planning but she don't care about it.

yes continuance of pregnancy by the wife can not be deterred by the husband unless the same is dangerous to the life of the wife.

Your defined wish is nothing but a cruelty towards your wife. Why didn't you adopted your so-called family planning before making your wife to conceive a child?
You might be having knowledge that abortion of child in womb is a criminal offence. It is also a crime to profess the commission of an offence so be happy with your wife and plan how to enjoy your coming happiness and make future plan of your coming child.
If you want, adopt family plan next time by consulting concerned doctor and not with lawyers.
