Urgent hearing procedure for pending writ petition

Hello learned lawyers,

We have filed a Writ against UOI in JUN and as no lawyer of respondents were present, honourable Calcutta High Court ordered the respondents to file a reply in 4 weeks and counter affidavit in 2 weeks thereafter if any. Ref interim relief court said : an interim order is not called for at this moment and would do a final hearing once the case is ready for hearing after affidavit and counter affidavit were filed.

The respondent filed his reply and we filed counter affidavit. Since then we are still waiting for our matter to appear in cause list for hearing. Our counsel has submitted the request for mentioning slip in aug, sept and Nov and matter is not appearing in list. What can we do for an urgent hearing, I desperately need atleast an interim relief otherwise my career & business both are getting hurt.

Appreciate your thoughts and guidance

Best Regards
SKS

Board of directors resution to sell a property

Dears,

We are in process of a land purchase. We have a query in Legal verification. The land was sold by a pvt limited company to another private limited company in 2017. A person (Not a signatory authority of the company) from the seller company has signed in the sale deed, however, he has not given a GPOA, rather he was given only authority to sell the property as a Board of Directors resolution. Also the BOD resolution is Not a form part of the registration document.

Questions here are
1., is BOD resolution document is enough to sell the land by a person who is not a signatory authority?
2. If yes, should it be a form part of the registration document?

Thanks
Vinoth

Suspension

A clerk in a senior granted (govt. aided) college has certain doubts regarding his appointment and PF calculations. As college authorities did not take cognizance of his grievances, he communicated with relevant Govt. authorities through written correspondence. Thereupon, the Govt. authorities asked explanations from college administration about his queries. Therefore, college authorities suspended him for communicating with Govt. authorities and tarnishing the image of college and governing trust.
What are the rules about suspension proceedings? How much salary he should receive during suspension period? Is he expected to report on duty? What are the does and don’ts in such cases?
