Negotiable instrument act

Respected experts,
I have filed 4 cases u/s 138 of the N.I.Act. Cross examination of the complainant and further statement of the accused is done. Accused has submitted her examination in chief. Cross examination of accused is also done in 2 cases, inwhich accused wish to produce further evidence and other 2 cases are pending for accused cross examination but accused is intentionally avoiding trial and not remain present before the court, her lawyer is also planning to retire from the cases. Now my question is , whether court permit me to submit final arguments and pronounce judgement? Or what should I do in the interest of justice.

I have a question to help my friend. Please if anyone can help.If his basic salary is INR 11750 and he have worked for a company for 7 yrs and 8 months and have resigned from the company on 21st November then what will be his Gratuity amount payable.
The company where he has worked for has computed his basic INR 8225/- based on 21 days on November 2019 after which he resigned and calculated the last drawn basic for gratuity payment.
Now my question is the last drawn basic on which the gratuity calculation is to be made will be Rs.11750/- or Rs. 8225/-?

Property distribution - as per mohammadan law - no male heir

My Father-in-law and his brother equally divided their father’s property among them and living peacefully and they have good family relationship. My Father-in-Law does have daughters and no male heir, and his brother does have male heir.
My Father-in-Law owned a ancestral property, which came under his possession during his father’s property division.
I request you to clarify , In this scenario does male heir of Father-in-law’s brother’s son does have right on my Father-in-law property as per Indian Mohammadan law ? We wanted that property should shared among his daughters only. What is the solution ? can my father-in-law write will stating that after my demise this property should be distribute among my daughters.
By the grace of Almighty my father-in-law is doing fine and he is aged.
