Dental clinic in a flat

Hello, I am Dr Vivek from goa. I wished to start my dental clinic in a portion of my flat situated in a housing society. I applied for a trade license and municipality asked me to get an approval from planning and development authority which in turn asked for an NOC from housing society. Housing society have denied to give me a NOC for same. Is there any other legal alternative to obtain trade license or can I start clinic without getting trade license as of now.
I'll be much greatfull for your expert opinion and advice.
Thank you

Quashing of 498a,406,34 case by district court

Hi,

I had a matrimonial case upon me at Dwarka District Court since 2014. I had settlement and divorce with wife in 2015. Since then I appeared in the court multiple times at district court. The other party never appeared in the court after settlement and divorce. For the last few dates in 1 year, I also stopped to appear in the court as I couldn't travel because of my parents health reasons.

The last hearing date was on 2nd March 2020. When I checked online, I found that the status as "Case Disposed" and the nature of disposal given as "Uncontested--QUASHED".

I would like to know if District Court has authority to quash this kind of case because I had heard that only high court has authority to quash?

Evidence from complainant in 498a case

Dear Respected Experts,

My wife filed 498A case against me and my family members under section 156(3) and got court direction and FIR got registered. In her complaint she has mentioned that the Enclosed documents are copy of two letters that she allegedly written to her parents regarding the cruelty she undergone at her matrimonial home.

Question:
1) At what stage the original of those two letters were produced in court? When the Investigation Officer who start
enquiry after registering FIR would collect those original letters and sent to court along with charge-sheet?

2) Or it would be produced in court during her Deposition (i.e. her chief and cross examination) How the procedure is followed?

Thanks in Advance
