It’s been more than 10 years that I was victim of harassment at my work place by my co-worker and superiors due to some very bad rumors about me. I have no freedom, no repo, they abuse me, frame for behavioral issue, misbehaving with female employees, threats of losing my jobs was always there. Always framed me for mistaken identity. And things were getting worst and worst. With the help of HR and job consultant they follow me whenever I switch jobs and all my personal issue are passed to my new job.
My last company was Stellar Data Recovery in Gurgaon where I was working as Research and Development Associate for just 3 months. (joined 15 Jan 2019 and left on April 2019) where my co-worker was started threatening me that this would be my last job and I would never get another job if I did not follow them according to their will.
And that what exactly happened that after three months that thing got so worst that they were ready to start physical fight with me. Work pressure was very very high for me. At the time of joining the HR did not offer me the salary of my expectation, so I worked out thing that I will find other job. Thing happened exactly the way they threaten me and it been a year that I am sitting at home with no job. Before that I was doing continuous job since 2011.
I am 100% sure that my last employer has spread the rumor but I have no proof.
Now I want to sue them for damaging my reputation and need help to get a new job
This is one part of the story
Another major issue that I am facing is that I am a victim of Mind Control torture and harassment experiment program by Central Intelligence Agency, United Sates (CIA). I can give you the name and contact number of thousand of people who can support my story about Human experiment.
I have wrote to
1. Crime Branch Delhi Police ( Aug 2013, May 2014, April 2016 and 28 May 209) but my complaint was not taken seriously.
2. Human Right April 2014, case no 1955/30/8/2014 but my complaint was not taken seriously.

It is popularly known with code name MK-ULTRA which was initially started in 1950s and later the project continued with different names like COINTELPRO, ARTICHOKE etc. Some of the effect of the torture are.
1. They can read and control the victim’s mind and thoughts.
2. They can manipulate victim’s behavior and emotion (Fear, Anger, Joy, hate, sadness etc.).
3. They can speak into the victim’s mind using voice to skull technology now as V2K.
4. Communication between two human minds.
5. Force Speech (Make you speak with anger)
6. Memory Manipulation
7. Induce Sleep
8. Extreme Fatigue
My thoughts are share with my colleges at workplace and to people where I stay. They know everything, what’s happening in my life and what I am thinking about.

I would like to take Mediclaim through New India assurance for my Wife & Son whereas my Wife has changed her surname from in Marriage certificate ONLY but it is not updated in any of the Govt Documents like Aadhaar & Voter ID card where her maiden name is still exist. On the other hand in my Son's birth certificate it is showing my wife's maiden surname and my Son is using my surname. So, incase of hospitalization showing both Marriage & Birth certificate is enough? If yes then during taking the claim shall i mention my Wife's maiden name which is reflects in Aadhaar, Voter, My Son's birth certificate or do i need to mention the changed surname (post marriage) which is only reflected in Marriage certificate. Please help

I am a government employee married for 2 yrs. My married life is becoming disaster day by day. My wife tortures me both physically & mentally every now & then without any proper reason. If a seek divorce from her & if she files 498A then what can i do ? As a government employee if i remains in custody for more than 48 hrs,then i will be suspended as per gov rule. what can i do in retaining my job if she files 498A ? Also i have old parents whom i dont want to suffer due to this . What are the possible steps can i take ...please suggest .

I'm working with a publishing house. The company has not paid me the salary from January and now they have requested the employees to tell the amount of deduction the employees can give due to the lockdown. Also the company has said that they are not sure about April's salary as well.
They have even not deposited our PF amount since October.
What should I do

In a chain of documents of a flat, there is four sale deed.
1. Builder to first owner which was registered, but the same is missing, however, it can be seen in the Maharashtra Govt portal. Xerox copy available
2. First owner to the second owner, the agreement is not available (missing)
3. Second owner to third owner agreement is available but it is not registered
4. Third owner to the fourth owner agreement is available and is registered
The Share certificate issued by the society is available with the endorsement of the present owner (fourth) in it.
It has become difficult to sell the property in the absence of the missing documents. What is the remedy for the above issues?

I have purchased a flat in 2017 in a society which is basically a Ltd.Co. (Seawoods Estates Ltd in Nerul, Navi Mumbai). The previous owner is settled in UK. Now the society is insisting to get the shares transferred into the Demat account, first in the name of the previous owner and then into my name and only then they will issue me a NOC for selling this property as the shares are still in the name of the previous owner. In the absence of the previous owner, how can I get the shares transferred into my account in Demat form. Do I have to furnish an affidavit from the previous owner for the same

Sir,
I was terminated by my Deptt. during probation without conducting any enquiry. I challenged the matter bin CAT & CAT Awarded the case in my favour with Reinstatement & all consequential benefits but without pay on NO WORK NO PAY basis. The Deptt. Challenged the case in High court against CAT decision. I also filed a cross writ for payment during the pendency of case in CAT. After 7 long years High court dismissed Department petition as well as my petition for back wages of payment during the pendency of case in CAT. Now I have been reinstated & my pay & seniority has been fixed notionally. I have granted my next promotion also. Now my query is that can I get my backwages from the date of CAT Decision till my reinstatement (as I challenged back wages
in High court denied by CAT during pendency in CAT ) Also clarify am I entitled to leave encashment during the pendency of case .l have also not been Granted MACP since I have completed 11 Years in my present Rank itself.

Maintenance under dv / derogation of crpc 125
Dear Advocates,
Can a woman invoke DV just for asking maintenance...if it is so then it derogates Crpc 125 as per Sec 36 of DV Act.
Crpc 125 states a woman staying away from matrimonial house with out any sufficient cause is not entitled for maintenance....
My doubt is my wife stays away from me last 16years...she tried Crpc 125 and herself withdrew... now 2 years back she filed DV stating we are in domestic relationship and she is aggrieved of violence by me and my family...DV is in counter stage.... what is the best way for me to conduct trial....shall i file Perjury petition as i have evidence that in her sworn affidavit in 125 she avers she is not in contact with me since 2005 where as in DV she avers on oath that she is in domestic relationship as recently as on date of filing of DV in 2018...
