hi,
Should Revenue department collect present market price to issue permanent Saguvali Chit for the land which has Temporary Suguvali grant issued for coffee cultivation by DC.
we had got Land grant for coffee cultivation under Temporary Saguvali grant in 1983 as our Grand Father was Freedom Fighter. the Temporary Saguvali Chit was issued with certain Conditions and we had met all the conditions but the Permanent Saguvali Chit was not issued to us. now after constant follow up revenue department is referring to RD 4 LGP 98 dated 16-01-1998 order and mentioning we have to pay current Market value of the property to get Permanent Saguvali Chit.
we have already paid the upset price fixed in 1983 and met all the conditions as per temporary Saguvali Chit dont know why we have to the marker value to get the Permanent Saguvali Chit.

PLEASE Can anyone give me an answer.
I have placed xxx mnc in 4 apr xxxx yr, left 2nd organization got relieved date as 20th apr xxxx. If I go new organization they asking about dual dates issue. But 2nd company haven't paid me for April month salary, I can show a proof of Apr xxx mnc bank statement. Will. It be acceptable? Did hr of new org get convinced. Or did he call xxx mnc and ask about this dual of future dated how you accepted.?

Dear Experts,
My husband taken a Personal Loan from Bajaj Finance Services. He applied for a Moratorium Facility( for 3 EMIs) on 3rd April and 5th April vide two independent Formats and also reminding them since then. For receipt of my request, they sent me reference Number also. But as of this day, no communication received from them whether our application was accepted or rejected. Even till this day also, they are calling ( Automatic recording) daily three times. But the Caller Ids are showing as given below.
1. Bajaj Pigs.
2. Madarchouds.
3.Bevarsi Bajaj.
4.Real Bajaj Fins Dogs.
5.Money Flug.
6. Bajaj Beggers.
7.Froude Bajaj.
8. Useless Bajaj.
9.Bajaj Dogs .
All the above land lines phones are received from their Karnataka Recovery Point. So I made several complaints by way of emails to wecare@bajajfinserv.in But as of this day, no communication from them and they are not stopping for calling.
So at this movement what should I have to take action against Bajaj Finance, for using un-acceptable caller Ids leading towards criticizing the dignity of the customers.

Please explain me the rule for naming under section 8 of companies act 2013.
I want to register a section 8 company and the name will start with "Bharatiya" and it will be include "Chamber of Commerce".
I got reference of a company registered in 2016 BHARATIYA DIGITAL PRODUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
If this private company can be registered with word "Bharatiya" then for Section 8 it might have no objection to register with the name Bharatiya.
Some of companies saying that the inclusion of words like India, Bharat etc. requires authorized capital of 5 lakh of Pvt. Ltd, if this is any rule my consideration is that this rule will not be applied on section 8.
Please give your opinion in this regard,
Note: I am thinking for my section 8 to be registered as MSME Development Organization next day after incorporation, which is possible for me without any hesitation.

My sister's gold ornaments taken by her husband and sold it 10 years ago.now he going to sell his own property also.my sister want compensation from husband on gold.can she recover his property before selling.but she don't want divorce, because of children's future.so can she get his property instead of gold by civil suite? husband can't refuse the truth that he was taken gold

we have a old family house situated in moradabad district uttar pradesh. AS the property was of my great grand father and after his death its become my grand father's property. my grand father made a bill in which he divided equal part to his both sons, my father and my uncle in which my uncle's portion was made 2 storied but our side was not made.My father by his own expenses of sweat and blood made our side of hour 2 storied well furnished now recently my father passed away and my grand father is planning to change his bill and want to sell whole house and part the value equally to me and my uncle even value of our side of portion is higher than my uncle. i want to ask can i claim to my grandfather for this?

Are there any investment restrictions put up by RBI on sale of loan portfolio by means of securitization to a foreign investor?
For eg. Bank A (Indian Bank) sales its loan portfolio to Investor B (based in USA) whether such transactions are covered under external commercial borrowings or any other restrictions put up by RBI for raising foreign currency fund?
