विषय 4000 या 8000 का नहीं, प्रक्रिया का है। चालान प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया होगा क्योंकि वाद सुनवाई हेतु न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत हुआ ही नहीं इन दिनों में इसलिए आप निश्चिंत रहें और लोकड़ाऊन खुलने और न्यायालय को सुचारु कार्य करने तक की प्रतीक्षा करें।
